Hi everyone, This case has haunted me for a long time. I recently learned more about Kathy Parks and her heartbreaking story. It's so hard to fathom the fear and uncertainty her friends and family must have felt during those months when she was missing. One aspect that's really been on my mind is how these cases were initially handled separately. The lack of communication and coordination between jurisdictions was definitely a factor that allowed Bundy to continue his heinous acts unchecked for so long. It's frustrating to think how many lives could have potentially been saved if there had been better sharing of information between different police departments at that time. It's chilling to think how Bundy’s manipulative charm allowed him to blend into society while committing such unspeakable crimes. I think this case serves as a grim reminder of the importance of communication in law enforcement. I hope advancements in technology and changes in protocol have improved inter-agency cooperation since then. My thoughts are with Kathy's family and all the families affected by Bundy’s horrific actions. They deserve justice and peace.
