I've been thinking a lot about the bravery of Sencere's ride-share driver who had to witness such a traumatic event. I can't imagine how terrifying it must have been to see the chaos unfold so suddenly. It's chilling to think about how random and scary the situation was—not just for Sencere but for everyone nearby. I'm sure the driver is dealing with a lot of emotional distress after witnessing such violence. I really hope they are getting the support and help they need to cope with this traumatic experience. It reminds me of how, in these tragic situations, there are often so many people affected—most of whom we don't even think about immediately. If anyone knows of any resources or ways we can help support these secondary victims, please share. Stay safe, everyone, and let's keep Sencere's loved ones in our thoughts as they navigate through this agonizing time.
