Was anyone in the area of Elsie Faye Heggins Street on February 13th, 2026? I've been following Jackie Denard Jernigan's case closely, and it's so troubling to hear about what happened that night. I can't shake the feeling that someone might have seen or heard something that could help the investigation. With two people shot, it seems like there should be more witnesses. I truly hope people come forward to help bring some sense of justice to Jackie's family, who must be going through unbelievable turmoil right now. His obituary painted such a wonderful picture of a young man with so much to offer. If you have any info or if you were in the area that night, please consider reaching out to detectives. Any information, no matter how small, could be crucial.
