Have any of you read about Joseph Holt III? Such an unfathomable tragedy. I was struck by how he was getting ready to go to church before being caught in this senseless violence. His family speaks so highly of him, as a kind and gentle soul who was just trying to enjoy his retirement after years of service at the USPS. It's unsettling to think that someone so decent could be taken in such a brutal manner. And then there's the rifle they found, described as similar to a smaller AK-47. I can't help but wonder how it plays into the overall narrative of the case. Why choose that type of weapon for something so indiscriminate? It adds this additional layer of surreal terror to the entire situation. My heart goes out to all of Joseph's loved ones and the other victims dealing with the shock and trauma of that day. Here's hoping for some peace and comfort for them amidst all this chaos. What are your thoughts?
