Hey everyone, I've been following this case for a while, and something has always bugged me about it. "Fernando Martinez Herrera" vanished during an encounter with Border Patrol—right in the middle of the desert. Has anyone else wondered why he didn't try to contact someone or seek refuge afterward, even if he was scared? I get that the situation was chaotic, but going completely off the radar without a trace when you're in such a stressful environment seems odd. Also, does anyone know anything more about that name he might have been using? I heard it wasn't his real one, so maybe there's a trail of who he was before he disappeared? Always curious to hear more insights or theories on this.
