Has anyone looked into the medical facilities or clinics in Cananea for records of a patient with a fever around the time he disappeared? If he was feeling unwell, he might have sought medical help before attempting the border crossing. It's a long shot, but someone at a clinic might remember a patient going by Jose Julio Ramos, or he could have given them his real name. Also, has anyone considered that being sick might have made him more vulnerable if he encountered any danger on his way? Often, details like these can provide new leads or corroborate timelines. Just trying to piece together different possibilities here. Thoughts?

I find it odd that he was last seen in Cananea with a fever and still decided to make the trip across the border. It makes me think, was there something pressing that made him feel like he had to go then, even though he was unwell? Traveling when you're sick, especially across a border, isn't something most people would willingly do unless they felt it was urgent. Maybe there was more going on that we don't know about. Has his family or friends shared anything about why he might have been in such a rush despite his condition? It would be helpful to get more insights into his state of mind at that time.
