Does anyone have more info on Isaac Ezekiel Toye's background? The fact that he was discharged from the Army in less than 18 months is making me wonder if there's more to the story. Sometimes there are underlying issues that aren't immediately apparent. It's terrible to think that Mr. Harper was just in his garden, minding his own business, and something so horrific happened. Does anyone know if there were any signs of trouble with Toye before this incident? My heart goes out to Mr. Harper's family and friends — what an incredibly difficult time they must be going through.
