I can't stop thinking about Caitlin’s tragic and unwarranted death. While we rightly focus on the investigation and justice for Caitlin, I find myself wondering about the mental and emotional toll this event has taken on the other passengers who were on that bus. Many of them likely boarded the METRO that afternoon just expecting a routine commute. It's unimaginable to think about being stuck in such a terrifying situation and witnessing a tragic event unfold. I hope that authorities are providing support and resources to help these witnesses process what they've experienced. The aftermath of such an event can deeply impact people, and they shouldn't have to navigate through that trauma alone. My thoughts are with Caitlin’s family, as well as everyone on that bus who endured such a harrowing experience. It’s vital that we continue to advocate for better mental health support for everyone affected by tragic events like this.

I've been following Caitlin's case pretty closely, and something that's really sticking with me is the role of the surveillance footage in identifying the suspects so quickly. It's both amazing and unsettling how technology can play such a crucial part in investigations these days. On one hand, it's a relief that the authorities could track down Brayden Smith and Patrick Scott so fast, but it also makes me think about all the times that kind of evidence isn't available. Does anyone else feel conflicted about this? I mean, we're thankful for the swift justice for Caitlin and her family, of course, but it seems like there's always this line between privacy and safety that we're tiptoeing along. Regardless, my heart goes out to Caitlin's loved ones. No one should have to endure such a sudden and senseless loss.
