Has anyone else looked into Joseph’s routine before he disappeared? I'm curious about his last known movements on St. Thomas. It seems strange that no one heard from him for months before he was officially reported missing. His friends mentioned seeing him in October 2008, but does anyone know if he had any plans to travel, or did he seem to drop off the grid suddenly? It’s odd there wasn’t more urgency to locate him sooner. Maybe he was trying to stay under the radar? I just can't shake the feeling that there's more to this story. Thoughts?
