Hey everyone, I've been following Benjamin Sweetwine's case closely, and something that's been on my mind is the sense of community in the Sumner Place neighborhood. From what I understand, this area was particularly affected by the surge of violence back in 2014. It's tragic how the environment where people should feel safe turned into a place of fear around that time. Neighborhood safety is such a critical issue, and I can't help but wonder how those who lived there coped with the anxiety and uncertainty. Were there any community initiatives or groups that came together to try to reclaim their sense of security? Sometimes, even small acts of solidarity can make a big difference during tough times. I hope that the people who knew Benjamin and lived through that violent year continue to find support in one another. Community strength can play a crucial role in healing and perhaps even in finding justice. Sending my thoughts to everyone still affected by these lingering open cases.
