Hey everyone, I've been following the Thomas Godwin case from way back in 2009, and one thing that really puzzles me is the sighting (or rather lack of details surrounding it) of his dog, Foxy. It’s odd to me that both Thomas and Foxy vanished together, yet Foxy hasn't turned up anywhere. I've seen cases where animals have been found separately, which sometimes provides clues, but not here. Does anyone know if the search efforts included specific local animal shelters or rescues in the Miami-Dade area? I feel like any info from there could potentially shine some light on what direction they might have gone. Any thoughts on this? Maybe someone with experience in similar cases can weigh in. The fact that neither of them has turned up is just really making me curious about Foxy's role in this whole mystery.

In discussions about Thomas Godwin's disappearance, I keep coming back to the recovery of his car. It’s been over 14 years since he vanished, and finding his car in Miami-Dade County with no substantial leads has always struck me as odd. With the LoJack system in place, it seems like an unusual move if Thomas intended to disappear without a trace. I can't help but wonder if the car's location might have been more significant than we realize. Maybe it wasn't parked there by Thomas himself? Considering his struggles and emotional state, is it possible someone he crossed paths with might have had something to do with it? But then again, since foul play was never suspected, these questions just lead to more dead ends. The timing of losing his job and dealing with health issues might have pushed him into a vulnerable situation. How do we interpret these small puzzle pieces when they don't quite fit together? I’d love to hear more from anyone familiar with similar cases or who might have insights into what the car's isolated location could signify.

I’ve been following Thomas Godwin's case closely for a while now, and one detail that keeps sticking out to me is the state of his home when he vanished. The open sliding glass door, for instance—did anyone else find that odd? It just seems like such an unusual detail, especially for someone who's described as a loner and presumably protective of their space. Was this a sign of a hasty departure or maybe something else entirely? Also, the fact that his phone and medication were left behind suggests he might not have planned to be away long. His health issues would’ve made the medication crucial, right? I can't help but wonder if there was a neighbor or someone else who knows more about that day’s events but hasn’t come forward. It's so puzzling, and my heart goes out to his family, never giving up hope for answers. Any thoughts on why the sliding door was left open like that? Could it mean someone else was involved in some capacity?
