It’s so hard to make sense of the senseless. I’ve been following the developments in the tragic death of Johnie Deontae Thomas in Cincinnati, and I can’t help but feel deeply for his family and friends who must be going through unimaginable pain. I was reading about him and couldn’t help but notice how everyone described him as a promising talent who was on the cusp of making his dreams a reality. It’s absolutely devastating that his journey was cut short.
I came across some info that the funeral arrangements were being managed by J.C. Battle and Sons Funeral Home. I hope his loved ones find some comfort in coming together to celebrate his life and legacy. I can't imagine what it's like having to plan a farewell under such circumstances. Does anyone know if there’s a community support fund set up or any other ways to support his family during this tough time? Also, let’s keep pushing for answers and keeping his memory alive until justice is finally served. Every bit counts.
