I’ve been following the case of Mikal Stevens, and there’s one puzzle piece I just can’t shake: Why was he in that alley in the first place? I remember reading that he wasn’t immediately identified, which makes me think he might not have often been in that area. What could have possibly brought him there that night? The most common theories, of course, point towards it being a random act of violence, but I just have this gut feeling that there might have been a reason behind it. Maybe he was meeting someone, or he just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. It’s so sad to think about the loved ones he left behind, and I can't imagine the confusion and sorrow they're feeling as the investigation drags on without any clear answers. It pains me that the police are still without leads. If anyone has footage or any tiny bit of information, it might just be what they need to piece this puzzle together. My heart goes out to Mikal's family and friends. Let’s hope justice is served soon.
