Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Scott Hirschfield case, and I keep thinking about his neighbors and the community in the Vistula neighborhood. It must be incredibly unsettling to have experienced such a violent incident so close to home. It really makes me wonder about the impact this has had on the sense of safety and community there. It's hard to imagine the trauma they must feel, knowing something so tragic happened right next door. I hope there are community support resources available to help them cope with this incident. Sometimes, knowing that something like this happened can create a ripple effect of fear and anxiety. Has anyone else from the area noticed any additional police presence or efforts to reassure the community since the incident? It’s crucial that these neighborhoods feel secure again, and any support we can offer as outsiders might be beneficial.
