I’ve been following the Napoleon Eglaus case for a while now, and something just keeps nagging at me. Does anyone have any insight into whether there were any known health issues he had at the time? I know it’s been years, but sometimes a medical condition can shed new light on a case like this. A lot of older folks have conditions that can cause confusion or disorientation, which could potentially explain why he might have wandered off or unable to contact anyone. The lack of information on his health is puzzling. Maybe someone local to Miami would know more about his life or frequent places he visited back then. Keeping the hope alive that something will turn up. ?
