I've been following the case of Jaleeyah Tune, and I can't stop thinking about her older sister, J’Sheeyah. She went through something no child should ever have to endure, and her bravery in those terrifying moments is truly beyond words. Holding onto her sister as her world changed forever, just days before what should have been a joyous holiday. It's hard to imagine the strength it takes to face each day now, but it's a reminder of the resilience of families in the face of such senseless tragedy. I'm glad the community has been supportive through memorials and fundraisers; it's so crucial for J’Sheeyah and her family to feel that love and support as they navigate this unthinkable journey. What a brave young woman, my heart goes out to her.
