I can’t stop thinking about that poor infant who was caught in the middle of this devastating situation. It's unimaginable to think about the trauma from being in an environment where something so tragic happened. One moment they're in familiar surroundings, the next, their entire life is turned upside down. While physically unharmed, I hope that this child is now in a safe and loving environment. It breaks my heart to think of what they might have witnessed or what echoes of the event lingered in the air. Hoping that the family around them can provide the love and stability they need moving forward. Has anyone heard if any organizations have stepped in to provide support to the family or any follow-up care for the kid?
