I just can’t wrap my head around the sheer senselessness of it all. A simple errand turned into a nightmare for the Cardenas-Polk family. My heart goes out to Envy’s mother, Alexis, and the surviving sisters—living through that kind of trauma is unfathomable. I can’t even imagine how you’d begin to cope with such an overwhelming loss, both emotionally and physically. Have there been any updates on how Alexis is doing in her recovery? Sending all my love and strength to the family and hoping the community continues to rally around them with support and love. This tragedy should serve as a reminder for us all to keep our tempers in check and think before we act.
