Has anyone else been reflecting on the impact this is having on the Riley neighborhood? It's truly devastating to think about how an argument between family members could escalate to such a tragic end in their own community. For those who were there, witnessing this kind of violence unfold right outside your door must be incredibly distressing. It's not just Richard Freeman's family who are affected, but the entire neighborhood has to deal with the trauma of knowing that such violence can erupt in their midst. I hope there are resources and support available for the residents who are struggling to process what happened. Communities are supposed to feel safe, and this has undoubtedly shattered that sense for many. My thoughts are with everyone touched by this event.
