I’ve been following the tragic events of November 2, 2025, in Tucson, and my heart goes out to the families of Eduardo Toyos and Abraham Javier Vindiola. I can’t imagine the pain they’re enduring right now. I’ve been thinking a lot about the environment and atmosphere at these large parties. It seems like there might have been a lot of chaos and uncertainty that night. Does anyone here know whether the party organizers had any sort of security or plan in place if things got out of hand? It’s scary to think how quickly a joyful gathering can turn into such a nightmare. I wonder if there’s something that can be done in the future to prevent these kinds of situations, maybe more oversight or support from the community to make sure parties are a safe space for everyone. Also, sending strength and love to all the friends and family affected by this awful tragedy. If anyone’s holding a vigil or a memorial, please let the community know how we can show support. Let’s all hope for justice soon.
