Hi everyone, I'm really shaken up by the recent developments in the Rusty Donovan case out of North Kansas City. Something that's been gnawing at me is the workplace dynamics here and how it must have felt for the other CVS employees during and after the incident. Working in retail myself, I can't help but think how unsettling and terrifying it must be to witness such violence in a place that’s supposed to feel routine and safe. Has anyone heard how the other employees are doing, especially the woman Antonio Serrano allegedly threatened before the shooting? I imagine it must be incredibly difficult to process something so traumatic happening right in front of you. Hopefully, they're receiving the support and counseling they need right now. It's just so hard to wrap my head around someone bringing such personal conflicts into a public, shared space, endangering so many others in the process. My thoughts really go out to everyone affected, and I hope answers and healing come their way soon. Would love to hear any updates or thoughts from you all.
