I came across this case and something's been bugging me. Why Sasabe? It's such a secluded spot and not one of the more popular crossing points. I mean, Nogales is much more trafficked and safer as far as crossings go. Maybe it was an attempt to avoid detection? If anyone has local knowledge about that area, it would be helpful. Are there any other reasons someone might choose to cross there? It's hard to piece this together without understanding the area's dynamics. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
