I just can't stop thinking about how unbearably difficult it must be for Aileen’s mother, Rocio Delgado, right now. Not only did she witness such a horrific tragedy, losing her daughter in such a devastating manner, but she's also had to endure being injured herself. It’s unimaginable. The fact that she’s in the hospital, likely trying to heal physically, while grappling with this immense emotional pain is just beyond words. It's a stark reminder of the collateral damage in these situations, where so many lives are affected in unimaginable ways. I hope she has a strong support system around her in this incredibly difficult time. The resilience she must need right now is beyond what most of us can comprehend. Sending thoughts her way for a complete recovery and some semblance of peace moving forward.
