It's hard to imagine the salon without her light. I hope the community comes together to support her two sons during this unimaginable time. The local schools bringing in counselors is a great step, but I'm encouraging everyone to look out for opportunities to help these boys as they navigate life without their mom. It's small acts of kindness that can make a difference. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this senseless act of violence.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the tragic events of November 9th. Watching the community rally around the victims’ families is a testament to how deeply Jessica Bennett and Alan Karalius touched everyone around them.
