Did anyone else find it strange that there was a potential sighting of Lillian Mathis back in November 2010 in Winston-Salem, but nothing concrete came out of it? It makes me wonder if there are other unreported sightings or if she kept a low profile. That smiley face burn mark on her right bicep is pretty unique—it's the kind of detail that stands out. If she was seen, why didn't it lead to more information? Could she have been laying low intentionally, or maybe there was a false identification? It eats at me that there's such a big gap from when she was last seen in Columbia to that potential sighting months later. Her family must be exhausted from the uncertainty. I truly hope someone who knows something steps forward soon.
