Lillian Mae Mathis, a 26-year-old woman from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, was last seen in March 2010. She had traveled to Columbia, South Carolina, at the time, but her exact movements after that remain unclear. Reports indicate that she may have returned to her hometown and was potentially spotted in Winston-Salem in November 2010, though this sighting has not been confirmed. Mathis, who also went by the name "Lilly Spears," has a distinct smiley face burn mark on her right bicep.
