I've been following the case of Navid Misaghi Mamaghani, and one aspect that's been on my mind is just how crucial mental health awareness really is. It’s so important that we take momentary pauses in our busy lives to check on friends, family, and even our acquaintances. Navid's death being ruled a suicide is just a tragic reminder that someone can seem fine outwardly, but still struggle internally. We don't always know what battles someone is silently facing, and it’s so important we create environments where discussing mental health is safe and encouraged.

Let's be there for each other, take mental health seriously, and work towards cultivating understanding and compassion. Has anyone else been following the case of Navid Misaghi Mamaghani? I've been thinking a lot about the stigma around mental health in certain communities and how that might have played a role here.
