I’ve been following the tragic case of Luis Torres, and my heart goes out to his family and everyone affected. It’s really disturbing how little we know about the motive behind this senseless act. What’s particularly puzzling is the location where it happened—Mercer and Franklin aren't exactly desolate, so someone must have seen something, right? I’m also wondering about the condition of public surveillance in that area. Are there cameras around that could offer some leads? It’s a fairly busy part of Paterson, so you’d expect there to be at least some security measures in place. If anyone has info on this or can shine some light on the neighborhood dynamics there, it would be incredibly valuable for the investigation. Let’s hope justice is served, and some peace can be brought to Mr. Torres’s family.
