I can't shake the sadness I feel for Xzavier Gregory's family and friends. It's incredibly difficult to come to terms with the fact that a 16-year-old with his whole life ahead of him was ripped away so suddenly and senselessly. I live in the area, and seeing people come together to support each other has been both comforting and eye-opening. It makes me think about how critical it is for communities to get involved in preventing violence and supporting our youth. I hope that talking about these issues helps bring about change and that those grieving find some comfort in the midst of this tragedy. Stay strong, Rhawnhurst. We're all here for you.
