As I've been reading more about the Las Cruces Bowling Alley massacre, I can't help but think about how random and senseless the whole thing was. What really baffles me is how these perpetrators vanished without a trace. I mean, in a town like Las Cruces, how did two people just disappear after committing such a horrible crime in broad daylight? I'm really feeling for Paula's family and the other victims' loved ones, having to carry this unspeakable loss for so many years without any closure. It's one thing to suffer such a tragedy, but it's another to never know why it happened or who was responsible. Does anyone else think it’s time to maybe look into new DNA technology or for investigators to revisit old witness statements? I hope one day, clues surface to finally bring clarity to those affected by this case.
