I can’t stop thinking about the role of gun safety education in this tragedy. From everything I've read, it sounds like the shooting could have potentially been avoided if there had been more awareness about handling firearms responsibly. According to witness accounts, the gun went off accidentally. It just makes my heart ache to think about how a moment of carelessness resulted in the loss of Dynasty's life. My thoughts are continually with her family and friends as they navigate this painful time. It also makes me wonder if this incident will prompt any changes in the community regarding firearm safety and education. Wouldn't preventing future accidents be a fitting way to honor Dynasty's memory?
