I was reading about the tragic case of Earl and Clarissa Gonzales and something that really caught my attention was how tight-knit the Questa community was – and still is – in the aftermath of this tragedy. It must be incredibly difficult for the residents who knew Earl and Clarissa. I came across an old article mentioning how the town used to hold annual vigils to keep their memory alive and raise awareness for the case. It just shows how deeply this event affected everyone there. Does anyone know if these vigils still happen, or if the community does anything else to keep the memory of Earl and Clarissa alive? I truly hope that by keeping the conversation going, someone might eventually come forward with information that could lead to solving this heartbreaking case. My heart goes out to their family and to the people of Questa, a community that clearly refuses to forget.
