Has anyone else looked into the security measures at the Sundowner Gallery around the time of Joan Vance's murder? I can't help but wonder if there were any cameras or security alarms that either failed or weren't used. It seems odd that the robbers got away with cash but not any artwork or items that might have been harder to trace. My heart goes out to Joan's family—especially her three kids. It must be incredibly frustrating not having answers after all this time. The fact that it happened around closing hours makes me think they might have known the routine or had been watching the gallery for a while. Such a devastating loss for the community and her family.
