Has anyone else been struck by the location of the shooting? Cross Creek Plaza always seemed so busy and ordinary, especially near a Little Caesars—it’s unsettling to imagine something this tragic happening there. My heart goes out to Christopher Burton's family during this unimaginable time. Given the lack of suspect information so far, I'm curious if anyone who frequents the area noticed any surveillance cameras nearby that could assist the investigation. It seems like every store these days has something—or maybe even someone's dashcam might’ve picked up something useful that night. Stay vigilant and let’s hope someone comes forward with more information to help bring justice for Christopher.

I’ve been reading through all the updates and something that sticks with me is the setting of the crime. The parking lot of Cross Creek Plaza is usually busy, even on a Monday night, with people coming in and out of stores and fast-food joints. It's unsettling to think such a violent act could happen in a place most of us consider safe and familiar. I’ve seen a few comments about surveillance cameras in the area, and I really hope the police are checking all available footage. There’s comfort in knowing that technology might help bring justice for Christopher and his family. My heart goes out to his parents, Deacon Robert and Jennifer Burton, who must be devastated. I hope they find the strength to endure this nightmare. If anyone else has noticed anything unusual from that night or heard anything since, please come forward. Every small piece of information could make a huge difference. Let’s help give Christopher’s family the answers they deserve.
