Does anyone have more information on the area where this happened? I've read a lot about how the Tenderloin has its issues, but hearing about Larry Lacy's tragic death makes it hit so much harder. My heart goes out to his family. It’s so sad that someone so young and with so much ahead of him could be taken like this. If the neighborhood is that dangerous, what measures are being taken to ensure people’s safety? It’s alarming that something this devastating could happen in the middle of the afternoon. Just hoping justice is served soon. If anyone from the area can shed light on how the community is handling this or any changes since it happened, it would definitely help piece things together.
