Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the West Mesa case and all the pain these families have endured. While reading through, I couldn't help but focus on the role of Eleanor Griego, Julie Nieto's mom. She’s been through unimaginable pain and continues to fight for answers about her daughter. It's just so frustrating to know that, years after Julie's discovery on the mesa, the authorities still haven't made any arrests. I can't imagine how hard it must be for Eleanor to have that unresolved pain and still push forward for justice—she’s the real definition of strength. It's moms like her who keep these cases alive in the public eye. I just hope for some breakthrough soon, not just for Eleanor but for all the families affected. Sending strength to everyone involved.

The West Mesa case has always haunted me, and it's frustrating to see that these victims still don't have justice, especially Julie Nieto. I recently read about the potential suspects, and while they all seem plausible in different ways, I can't shake the thought that it might be someone not even on their radar. It's chilling to consider how many similar cases remain unsolved because they don't fit a clear profile. As a side note, I've been thinking about the impact this has had on the community, particularly the families. Julie's mother, Eleanor Griego, has shown incredible strength despite all the unanswered questions. It pains me to think about her still having to wake up every day without knowing why this happened or who's responsible. How does one even begin to heal from such a loss without closure? Hoping for a breakthrough soon—for the sake of their families and for the women whose stories we might never fully hear. Does anyone else have thoughts on what could move this case forward? Any new info or theories you think might be worth exploring?
