I've been thinking a lot about Alejandro Manuelito's case lately, and one thing that really stands out to me is the sense of community desperation. It's so painful to see families like the Manuelitos just waiting and waiting for answers that never seem to come. I can't even imagine the agony of not knowing who was responsible for taking a loved one away so violently and abruptly.
I read somewhere that they've been trying to use Crime Stoppers to get more info, but it seems like such an uphill battle. Why is it that in some cases, tips flood in, and in others, it’s just radio silence? It makes me wonder if there's just that one person out there who knows something but hasn't spoken up yet. Albuquerque has its share of unsolved cases, and it must be frustrating for both the law enforcement and community to hit these walls over and over.
Does anyone else think advancements in technology could help crack this case, maybe something like newer DNA testing methods? I'd love to think that even the tiniest breakthrough could eventually lead to justice for Alejandro and some peace for his family. There has to be hope, right?
