Has anyone else been keeping up with the details about Jonathan Joss’s property disputes? It seems like the tension with Sigfredo Alvarez Ceja had been boiling for a while, especially with what happened to the property earlier this year. I read that there was a fire in January, and then they demolished the property after that. Does anyone know if those incidents were related to the altercations he had with his neighbor? Given what Jonathan’s husband shared about the harassment and events leading up to the shooting, it makes me wonder about the escalation and if more signs were overlooked. It's such a tragic loss. Keeping Jonathan’s family and friends in my thoughts. Anyone more familiar with property law have insights on how these kinds of disputes could be better managed to prevent such outcomes?
