Has anyone else been thinking about how important community surveillance footage has become in cases like these? It was the key piece in linking that white Honda Accord to Charles Ernest Lopez. It makes me wonder if we need more systems like this to keep our neighborhoods safe or if there's a risk of too much surveillance infringing on privacy. My heart goes out to the families of Fuentes Reyes and Flores—it must be so difficult to process something like this happening in a spot they considered a safe haven. Thoughts?

I've been thinking about the families of Natanael Fuentes Reyes and Guadalupe Flores, and how brave they've been throughout all this. The way the community came together for the vigil speaks volumes about the impact these two had on everyone around them. I read that they were best friends who walked the same path every morning for years—it's devastating to know that such a peaceful routine could end in violence. I'm also concerned about the mental health aspect of this case. Lopez's defense mentioned his history, which raises a lot of questions for me. Could something have been done sooner? It's just all so tragic for the families and the community. My thoughts are with those who knew and loved these great men.
