It's just so devastating how yet another young life is lost under such tragic circumstances. I've been following this case of Spirit Pryer, and I can't stop thinking about the ShotSpotter technology that alerted the police. On one hand, it’s amazing that technology can pinpoint gunfire and get officers on the scene so quickly, likely preventing more harm. But on the other hand, how sad is it that we actually need such technology in neighborhoods where people just want to enjoy their summer nights in peace? This case has really highlighted how key technology like this can be in starting investigations, but it also raises so many questions about community safety and awareness. I hope people continue to share any information, no matter how small it seems because it could really help bring justice for Spirit and some peace to her loved ones. Sending thoughts to everyone who knew and loved Spirit—stay strong. ❤️
