I'm really struggling to wrap my head around the idea that this was a case of domestic violence that spiraled into such a horrific tragedy. The fact that Darcey reportedly had a relationship with the suspect is even more unsettling, and it makes you wonder what warning signs might have been there. It's scary to think that someone who was part of her life could commit such an atrocity. My heart truly goes out to Darcey's loved ones, especially those who might have seen or suspected trouble but couldn't have imagined it would come to this. Please tell those close to you that you love them and keep an open line of communication. We need to remember that these situations are often more complicated than they appear and that there is support available for anyone who might feel trapped in a similar situation. Let's hope justice is served for Darcey, her sister, and her daughter.
