I can't stop thinking about the people who were at the Alamo Drafthouse that night. Imagine just going out for a movie with friends, maybe catching one of the latest releases, only for something so tragic to unfold right outside. My heart goes out to everyone who witnessed this and, of course, to Jasiya's family and friends who are dealing with such an immense loss. It’s unsettling to think how quickly life can change. One moment you're watching the credits roll, and the next, chaos ensues. Though the police say this wasn't a random act, it makes you wonder about the series of events that led up to this point. For those who were there, I hope they can find some peace and even use their experiences to help piece together what happened that night. It’s so important for anyone who saw anything to come forward, not just for justice for Jasiya, but to help heal a community that's been shaken by this. Stay safe, everyone.
