I've been thinking a lot about the impact on Kory Nathaniel Fredricks’ school community since the tragedy took place. He wasn’t just another name or face in the crowd—he was deeply involved in sports and other activities, which means he touched a lot of lives. I can’t imagine the profound sense of loss that his classmates, teachers, and coaches must be feeling right now. It’s not easy to have someone so vibrant and full of potential taken away in such a senseless manner. I hope that those affected find comfort in each other and in the tributes being shared, and that they find strength in the memories of who Kory Nathaniel Fredricks was. As this investigation continues, I sincerely hope justice is served and those responsible are held accountable. Does anyone know if the school or local community centers are offering any resources or counseling for his friends and classmates? It might be really valuable for them.
