I've been following the case of Brandon Abbott, and my heart truly goes out to his family, especially his teenage son who now has to face life without his father. I've been thinking a lot about how a place like a McDonald's, usually so bustling with everyday life, can suddenly transform into a scene of tragedy. It's unsettling to think about the randomness of it all and how a quick stop for a meal can end in something so horrific. It's a stark reminder of how fragile life can be and how we should never take moments with our loved ones for granted. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this senseless violence.
