I’ve been following Tobias Kelly's case, and something has been bothering me: the discrepancy in the dates and places between his memorial mentions and the family obituary. It just seems so strange and unsettling. How could there be such a mix-up with something as crucial as the date and location of his death? It makes me wonder if this confusion is contributing to the lack of closure or justice for his family. If the basic facts can't be agreed upon, how is a case supposed to move forward? I feel for his family, dealing with not only the grief of losing Toby but also the frustration and confusion these conflicting records must bring. It’s like the system has let them down by not getting these basic details right. I can’t imagine how heartbreaking it must be to have to explain or reconcile these differences when they should be focused on healing. Hoping for some clarity soon—for the sake of Toby’s loved ones and for his memory. If anyone has insights or ideas on why there might be this discrepancy, I'd love to hear more.

I've been reflecting on the tragedy of Tobias "Toby" Mason Kelly and can't help but focus on the discrepancy between the dates and locations mentioned in the available public records. It's troubling that there seems to be conflicting information about when and where he actually passed. Having two different narratives—one from a memorial listing and another from his family’s obituary—must be incredibly painful for his loved ones, who are likely already grappling with their loss. These inconsistencies make it hard for anyone who’s genuinely concerned to understand what really happened. How could his death be recorded as a shooting in Williston on July 1, while simultaneously also be noted on August 3 in Pelion without any mention of the circumstances? The lack of clear information is unsettling and leaves so many questions unanswered. Does anyone have insight into how these discrepancies could occur or what might explain the gap in public information? I hope for the sake of his family and friends that clarity and justice are forthcoming. Toby deserved so much more than just a line in a memorial roll, and his story deserves to be fully told.
