I was thinking about Timothy Yates' case this morning, and one thing that's really been bugging me is the location where he was found. Plantation Drive, especially in the Longs community, isn't a place you'd expect this kind of violence. It's usually so quiet that it's hard to imagine things like this happening there. It’s unsettling because it just makes you wonder why he was there in the first place, and if it was someone he knew that led him to such a tragic end. My thoughts are with his family and everyone affected by his passing. Does anyone local know if the area has seen any suspicious activity recently, or if it was just a random choice? It’s hard to fathom what they’re going through, and I sincerely hope the investigation brings some justice to his loved ones soon.

I've been following the tragic case of Timothy Yates, and my heart goes out to his family and loved ones. It pains me to think about the moments leading up to the incident on Plantation Drive. I've been pondering the location where Timothy was found. The quiet stretch off Freemont Road doesn’t seem like the kind of place you’d expect something so terrible to happen. Does anyone else here know if there's any history of crime in that specific area of Longs? I've driven through there a couple of times, and from what I recall, it’s typically very peaceful. Perhaps someone local, or more familiar with Horry County, can share insights. Law enforcement seems to be working hard, but community input could be crucial in piecing together what led to this senseless loss. I urge anyone who might know something, no matter how small, to come forward. Timothy deserves justice, and his family needs closure.
