I've been following the tragic case of Keith Pelmon III and wanted to touch on something that may not be getting the attention it deserves. Keith was not just a name in news reports; he was a recent graduate and a young life filled with potential. I saw that he was part of his high school football team—something that tells me Keith was not only active, but also valued teamwork and camaraderie. Sports can often shape a person’s character and teach discipline, and it's heartbreaking to think that his future was cut short. What gets me is the eerie silence that surrounds this case in terms of eyewitnesses or leads. It’s baffling to think that a gunshot and subsequent crash didn't bring more people out to see what was happening. I truly hope that if anyone saw or heard something, they come forward. Keith deserved justice as much as we all deserve to know our communities are safe. My thoughts are with his family, his friends, and all those who knew him. May the support from the community be a source of comfort to them during this unimaginable time. If you have any information, no matter how small, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Let's not allow Keith's story to fade away.
