I've been following the case of Samuel Brooks and Shanika Penn closely, and I'm really struck by the community's involvement in seeking justice for them. It’s reassuring to see neighbors coming forward with surveillance footage and eyewitness accounts. It says a lot about the neighborhood’s resilience and desire to see justice served. I can only imagine the pain Samuel and Shanika’s families are going through, especially with the suspect still on the run. That reality makes their pursuit of answers even more commendable. I hope the increased reward encourages more people to come forward with any information, no matter how small it might seem. Seeing how the community has rallied together, it feels like there’s a collective strength pushing for answers and accountability. Staying hopeful that authorities can swiftly bring Dexter Scales Sr. to justice and offer some peace to the families in this incredibly tough time. Let's keep supporting one another and ensure this case stays in the public eye until justice is served.
