I can't stop thinking about the poor family of Amadou Diallo and the painful journey they're going through. To lose someone so young and full of potential in such a violent and senseless way is unimaginable. I hope the detectives working on the case are able to find the critical piece of evidence or a witness who can shed light on what actually happened that night. I've been keeping an eye on updates, but information seems frustratingly sparse. It feels like every day that passes without answers only adds to the burden his loved ones must be feeling. I just wish there was more we could do as a community to support them during this difficult time or help in some way to piece together that night. If anyone has heard any rumors or has any info, even if it seems insignificant, maybe it's worth sharing with Dayton PD or Crimestoppers. Sometimes the smallest detail can make a huge difference in cases like these. My thoughts go out to everyone affected by this tragic event.
