It's been over a year since Larry Rose was taken from his loved ones, and I keep thinking about the impact this must have had on his family. I'm sitting here reading through some of the posts and can't help but imagine the heartache they must have felt hearing that knock on the door. Watching this case unfold, I remember seeing community members banding together, organizing vigils to honor Larry’s memory. It's encouraging to see communities come together during such tragic times and support each other. Moreover, Larry’s case sheds light on the broader issue of gun violence and its devastating effects, especially in cities like Pawtucket. Engaging in meaningful discussions and pressing for change in local policies is essential to prevent more families from experiencing such trauma. I just wanted to acknowledge the incredible resilience shown by those affected by Larry’s passing and hope justice prevails as the case progresses. Keeping Larry's family and friends in my thoughts as they navigate this difficult time.
